Can a mobile mechanic do any repair?

Mobile mechanics can complete over 90% of the repairs a fixed mechanic can do. The difference includes things like engine rebuilds, clutch replacements and transmission work. Unfortunately, WoFs are not allowed to be done remotely either.

Are mobile mechanics more expensive?
