We understand that life can get in the way sometimes and even the best plans change. So we make it nice and easy to make changes to your My Auto Shop booking. Simply fill out the form that best suits your request and we will do our best to make it happen.

If you make a change >12 hours before the scheduled booking time there is no charge for changing or cancelling a booking. See our Terms and Conditions here.

Reschedule my booking.

We know you’re busy, and we’re here to help. Simply let us know when you want the new booking for and we will move it for you.

Cancel my booking.

Need to cancel? All good! As long as its more than 24 hours before your booking there is no cancellation fee. Simply provide your booking details and we will process a refund.

Finding a trusted repairer, getting quotes, and booking online has never been easier. Flexible payment methods including Afterpay, are available with participating service providers.
