How does your pricing work?
You only pay for work completed, and will always know how much the bill will be, before the work is started, so you can approve it before our mechanics start work. We apply fleet discounts too so you’ll always be getting a good deal.
How does payment work?
We will invoice you for work completed immediately, along side your vehicles report card. Payment is due by the 20th of the following month.
Can you do Warrant of Fitness?
Unfortunately due to government legislation, a mobile WoF is not able to be completed. However, if we are completing servicing or repairs for you, we can often shoot it through a WoF at the local VTNZ at the same time.
How big can my vehicle be?
Our mechanics are able to work on vehicles with a vehicle weight of up to 3 tonne. If you have larger vehicles, let us know and we can see if we can accommodate.
How do we book in each time?
We will either contact you proactively to find a time if maintenance is due, or you’ll be able to login and book a time in just a couple of clicks on our Fleet Management Platform.
